Hutch Underwriting has been awarded 4 to 4.5 star Claims Service Ratings by LMI ClaimsComparison across all six product lines for 2025. The ratings are based on direct reviews from brokers and their clients, and reflect the quality of claims service from lodgement through to resolution.
What Are the LMI ClaimsComparison Ratings?
LMI ClaimsComparison is an independent Australian platform that rates the claims service of insurers and underwriters by product class, based on feedback from brokers and their clients. Ratings are awarded without commercial influence.
For 2025, Hutch Underwriting received the following LMI ClaimsComparison Claims Service Ratings:

- Liability (Trade Pack): 4.5 Stars
