Maximum Available Limits

The figures below are the maximum available limits. Cover is subject to the terms, conditions, sub-limits, and exclusions in the PDS.

  • Buildings & common contents – Up to $25M Combined Sum Insured
  • Property owner's legal liability – Up to $30M
  • Voluntary workers' personal accident – up to $300k / $3k weekly.
  • Fidelity guarantee – Up to $250k for loss of body corporate funds through fraudulent misappropriation.
  • Office bearers' liability – Up to $10M
  • Machinery breakdown – Up to $500k for repair or replacement following sudden mechanical failure.
  • Government audit, health and safety, and legal expenses - $25k, $100k, $50k respectively
  • Cyber – Up to $25k

Pet Liability

Cover for the body corporate's legal liability for accidental injury to or death of a resident's domestic pet in common areas. A market first.

Cybercrime

An optional extension covering loss of body corporate funds from cybercrime and defence costs from a data breach.

Occupancy Appetite

Over 1,400 occupancies, including retail, office, medical, and some manufacturing and wholesale tenancies (which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis), are all within appetite. No ANZSIC-level occupancy required for straightforward low-risk tenancies.
