Sneha joins the Hutch team as an experienced claims professional with more than nine years in the insurance industry, specialising in the management of complex and high-value property, strata, construction, and personal injury claims. Her career has span both corporate and government insurance environments, where she refined her expertise in claims management, risk assessment, and investigation.

Rooted in curiosity and a drive for ongoing improvement, Sneha’s perspective is shaped by her technical training in Computer Engineering and a family environment that highly values discipline and education. She’s always sought to understand not just how things work, but why they work, and that mindset defines her approach to claims. By combining analytical rigour with clear communication and thoughtful judgment, she ensures each decision is fair, informed, and based on clarity.

Her experience extends across the entire claims lifecycle, from first notification to settlement and dispute resolution. She has prepared detailed settlement recommendations, liaised with engineers, lawyers, and assessors, and managed portfolios that require accuracy and empathy. With additional industry training in risk assessment, legal frameworks, and policy interpretation, she has built a reputation for consistency, fairness, and efficiency pressure.
