With a strong foundation in legal practice in Brazil, Naiza moved to Australia and ventured into the hospitality sector, taking on roles as a Head Barista and manager of several coffee shops. This varied experience has sharpened her abilities in customer service and meticulous attention to detail.

Naiza holds a Bachelor of Law from Brazil, where she gained extensive experience through internships in the Court and her private law firm. After moving to Australia, Naiza completed a Diploma in Business with a focus on hospitality. These roles have collectively enhanced her customer service skills and detail-oriented approach.

Naiza has experience in the insurance industry, having worked as a Property Claims Consultant and Paralegal for the Legal Operations at IAG.
