Strata Claims Specialist Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Strata Claims, you’ll have responsibility for handing strata claims from lodgement through assessment to payment including:
- Acknowledgement of FNOL
- Desktop assessment of smaller claims
- Appointment of loss adjusters and panel repairers
- Processing claims within SLA timeframes
- Deliver extraordinary levels of service that delight our brokers & their clients
- Work with management and underwriters to provide feedback on claims trends

This role can be full-time or part-time, with the potential for hybrid working after probation.
About You
You’ve been handling strata claims for two years or more.
You fell into insurance after a brief but unfulfilling stint in another industry – maybe the legal profession.
You see the opportunity to transform insurance with tech and don’t want to spend another minute of your day doing pointless admin.
You’re detail-orientated and like technical insurance work, including all the nerdy twists and turns of policies, compliance and legislation.
Your main specialty is property claims, but ideally, you would have some experience in construction claims and long tail classes such as liability and financial lines.
