How do I submit a Professional Indemnity insurance claim?

We recommend that you advise your insurance broker of any incident. Please quote the policy number (as shown on the Schedule) on all correspondence.

We suggest using the link below instead of saving copies of the documents, always to have the most up-to-date form when you need to lodge a claim. 

Please note that our underwriters do not have claims-handling authority. However, we have an in-house team of claims specialists who are available during business hours (AEST)

We or the claims administrator reserve the right to appoint a loss adjuster. 

If required by Us or the Insurer or the claims administrator You will complete a claim form, report, statement or declaration.
