Our CEO, Robin Johnson, and our COO, Dominique Vagi, founded Hutch as an independent, employee-owned Lloyds coverholder, and we plan to remain that way. Because every employee participates in our Employee Share Option Programme, we are motivated to ensure the business' success through excellent service for our brokers and clients. Our independence reassures our brokers that our underwriters can be agile and unconflicted when designing and offering products.
